Job Description
Job Title:
Marketing & Operations Coordinator Job Overview We are seeking an organized, ambitious, and versatile Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support a high-performance team of real estate professionals across both our Benchland division and our Residential Advisors team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-end creative marketing and seamless day-to- day office operations. You will act as the key liaison with EV Corporate to amplify our advisors and listings, while leveraging a modern tech stack to manage digital assets, email marketing, and CRMs. The ideal candidate operates with a high level of autonomy, communicates with absolute confidence, and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Multi-Division Marketing & Digital Asset Management
•
EV Corporate Collaboration:
Partner closely with EV Corporate to identify, coordinate, and execute marketing and press opportunities for individual advisors and high-profile listings.

Collateral Design & Template Building:
Manage the design and creative direction of elevated, high-standards marketing materials using Canva and other design tools. Build custom, reusable Gmail templates and scheduling systems to streamline advisor communication.

Newsletter Support & Distribution:
Own the creation, formatting, and scheduling of team and advisor newsletters through Rezora and email marketing platforms.

Process Optimization:
Maintain and develop efficient processes for custom digital asset creation and complex property presentations across both sectors using Dropbox for flawless file organization and backstage file management. CRM Management & Tech Support

CRM Operations:
Serve as the internal expert for database management, property matching, and client tracking utilizing Lofty and Real Scout.

Tech Support & Onboarding:
Provide basic technical support and software training (including CRM and marketing platforms) to all advisors, and manage the internal onboarding process for new team members joining either division. Office Operations & Team Support

Office Management:
Oversee daily operations for the shared office environment—including inventory/supplies, interfacing with external vendors, basic accounting, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all advisors and clients.

Operational Assistance:
Provide critical operational support to shop managers and advisors across both teams, including property research, and event or listing coordination.

Intern Supervision:
Train, mentor, and supervise interns, ensuring they become productive members of the operations team while aligning their goals with business needs. Key Skills & Requirements
• Software Proficiency (Required): Advanced hands-on experience with Canva, Dropbox, Rezora, and Gmail/Google Workspace template building/scheduling.

CRM Management:
Direct experience managing real estate databases and platforms, specifically Lofty and Real Scout.
•
Graphic Design Experience:
A strong visual eye with the ability to create sophisticated, high-end layouts tailored to both commercial luxury and residential markets.

Marketing Education:
Solid foundational knowledge of marketing principles, digital media, brand consistency, and PR/press coordination.
•
Organized & Efficient:
A natural multi-tasker who can bring structure to moving parts and keep project timelines on track for multiple advisor teams.

Effective & Confident Communicator:
Ability to interface seamlessly with Benchland advisors, Residential advisors, EV Corporate staff, external press, and clients. Performance Expectations (How You Work)

You take true ownership of the office and its responsibilities, operating with a high level of independence to maintain exceptional standards without needing constant supervision.

You anticipate the needs of your advisors, dive into the details, and move quickly when priorities shift between commercial and residential demands—all without losing sight of everyday operational tasks.
Collaborative Workflows:
You effectively bridge the gap between local Benchland/Residential advisors, shop managers, and the EV Corporate support staff to keep communication clear and workflows highly efficient
Pay:
$68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
