A Taste of What You'll Do As a Guest Ambassador, you'll create memorable first impressions and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for every guest who visits our winery. Serving as the primary point of contact for reservations, walk-in visitors, and special events, you'll welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm while helping curate experiences tailored to their interests and needs. In this highly interactive role, you'll manage guest reservations, coordinate seating, support special requests, provide winery and local area information, and help create seamless experiences from arrival through departure. You'll collaborate closely with hospitality and retail teams to ensure guest needs are anticipated and exceeded while maintaining smooth daily operations. You'll also support retail and tasting room activities by assisting with merchandise and wine displays, maintaining guest-facing spaces, processing transactions, and ensuring the property is welcoming and well-prepared. • -High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 1 year of hospitality, customer service or event support experience.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Skilled in carrying-out simple instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Required to be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Required to work holidays, evenings and weekend's (Saturday and Sunday) at various hours. Work schedule subject to change based on needs of the business.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in conflict resolution.
• Lift and move up to 45 lbs.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. • -Associates degree; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of hospitality, customer service or event support experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience in wine industry.
• Experience in Point of Sale (Commerce 7 and Tock) systems.
• Skilled in the use of MS Outlook and MS Excel at a basic level.

• We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth.

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
