Job Description
Position Summary:
The Community Relations Representative serves as the first point of contact for resident interactions on-site. This role focuses on fostering positive relationships, managing communication, ensuring smooth move-in and move-out processes, resident retention and promptly resolving customer questions and concerns.Key Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customer's needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
- Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform.
- Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.

Google Suite Preferred Education:
- High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent experience
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
- 1-3 years
Additional Requirements:
- Travel between communities may be required daily.
- Valid California driver's license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law.
Compensation:
Pay Range:
$21.35- $25.
