This job includes managing the surgical scheduling and supporting patients within a fast-paced plastic surgery practice. This position ensures a seamless patient experience from consultation through post-operative care. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.Administrative & Patient Care:
Act as a primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and support Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patients Collaborate with clinical, anesthesia, nurses and administrative teams to optimize workflow and patient satisfaction Surgical patient's point of contact Discuss pricing, financing options, and help guide patients toward booking their procedure Track your consultation-to-surgery conversion rate Provide pre-op instructions (fasting, medications, logistics) and post-op care guidance. You may also check in with patients after surgery and coordinate follow-up appointments Building patient repport, anwering questions, and keeping communication warm and professional throught the process. Maintaining patient records, updating CRM or EMR systems, handling consent forms, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations like HIPAA. Tracking where leads come from (social media, referrals, ads) and following up with potential patients who haven't booked yet. You act as the bridge between the patient and the surgeon, nurses, and front desk staff—making sure everyone is aligned on schedules, expectations, and care plans. Detailed oriented, and exceptional customer service Positive communication over phone, email or text. Confirming patient has completed all necessary tasks included but not limited to: medical clearance, blood work, caregiver, scheduled pre-operative and post-operative appointments and more.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in a medical office, surgical coordination, or clinical research setting preferred Familiarity with clinical research regulations and guidelines preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities High level of attention to detail and professionalismWork Environment:
This position is based in a plastic surgery practice and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, including surgical schedules, and timelines. Flexibility may be needed depending on patient demands.Pay:
