Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and professional Showroom Associate to support our client's showroom operations in San Francisco. This part-time contract role involves organizing and moving showroom accessories, assisting with setup during events, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly, outgoing personality, strong organizational skills, and experience in customer-facing or event environments. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working hands-on in a dynamic setting, this opportunity offers a great platform for you to showcase your interpersonal and organizational talents while gaining valuable experience in a professional showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and move showroom accessories to maintain a clean and appealing presentation. Support the setup and breakdown of showroom displays during scheduled events. Assist with event logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and visitors. Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to the business casual dress code (no jeans when guests are present). Collaborate with team members to coordinate upcoming events and maintain the showroom schedule. Engage visitors and clients with a friendly, outgoing demeanor, providing excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, event support, or a related role. Strong sense of professionalism and polished appearance. Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work on-site during scheduled dates.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Experience in event coordination or showroom support. Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively under pressure. Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
