As our Customer Astonishment Representative, you are often the first smile families see, the first voice they hear, and the person who helps them feel like they belong at Elite. This role is equal parts customer service, relationship building, organization, and enrollment support. Every conversation is an opportunity to create an amazing experience. What You'll Do You'll help create an incredible experience for every Elite family by: Greeting families and students with warmth and enthusiasm Answering questions in person, by phone, text and email Helping new families find the right classes for their child Registering students for classes, camps and special events Giving studio tours to prospective families Supporting enrollment into additional programs and opportunities Helping solve problems quickly and professionally Communicating important studio updates with clarity and care Supporting teachers and ensuring classes run smoothly Keeping our lobby and customer areas welcoming and organized Completing daily administrative tasks and follow-up We're Looking for Someone Who... ✔ Loves talking with people ✔ Naturally makes others feel welcome ✔ Is organized and detail-oriented ✔ Can juggle multiple priorities without getting flustered ✔ Communicates professionally in person and in writing ✔ Enjoys helping families make decisions ✔ Is comfortable recommending programs that are the best fit for each child ✔ Learns new technology quickly ✔ Takes ownership and follows through ✔ Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic ✔ Loves being part of a team Bonus Points If You.. .
