The Concierge is often the initial contact and first impression that many people have of our community. The Concierge is responsible for greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both internal and external calls and taking and communicating messages. The Concierge provides an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the Director of Community Relations (DCR) and Executive Director (ED) in the marketing and sales efforts. Other responsibilities include assisting the Business Director in the community recruitment process, computer data entry, and other assigned administrative duties as well as monitoring the refreshment area for refreshments, cleanliness, music and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. Duties Greet guests and clients warmly, providing assistance with inquiries and requests. Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing them appropriately. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guest experiences. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and processing correspondence. Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations. Proofread documents and communications for accuracy before distribution. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in office management and clerical duties, ensuring efficient workflow. Experience with phone systems for effective communication. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. • High school diploma or GED accepted and maybe required per state regulations Ability to handle multiple priorities Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication Demonstrates good organizational, time management, and follow through skills Proficient in computer applications including
