Front Desk Coordinator (Full-Time or Part-Time) The Spa at Litchfield Hills The Spa at Litchfield Hills is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Front Desk team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. As the first and last point of contact, you will play a vital role in shaping each guest's experience while supporting the daily operations of a high-performing spa. Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience Manage high-volume phone and scheduling systems with accuracy and efficiency Coordinate and maintain a dynamic appointment book to optimize daily operations Deliver personalized service by recommending treatments and retail products Process transactions and encourage pre-booking to enhance guest retention Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and elevated service standards Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment while multitasking effectively Qualifications 2+ year experience in front desk, hospitality, spa, salon, or customer service preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems Professional presentation, demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement Availability for evenings and at least one weekend day What We Offer Competitive starting pay with opportunities for advancement A supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunity to grow within a well-established spa environment Hands-on experience in luxury hospitality and guest services
