Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized House Man / Luxury Sprinter Van Driver to join our household team. This role combines the responsibilities of household maintenance, personal assistance, and professional driving to ensure seamless daily operations within a private residence. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating household maintenance activities and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious environment where attention to detail, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving are essential. Duties Oversee household maintenance needs as directed by Household Manager Provide assistance with events such as private dinners or social gatherings. Drive the luxury Sprinter van safely and efficiently for Principal including mapping out directions and timing prior to trip, contacting all guests the night before pick up to confirm time and location of pick up. Support event planning activities by preparing venues, managing supplies, and ensuring all details align with client preferences. Handle confidential information discreetly while managing administrative tasks such as correspondence, reservations, and household inventories. Offer childcare support when needed by supervising children's activities or assisting with their daily routines in a caring and responsible manner. Qualifications Proven experience in a houseman with household maintenance within private residences or luxury environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating luxury vehicles or vans is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude. Knowledge of hospitality standards for hosting private gatherings or social events. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity at all times. Must be able to work a couple of hours weekends as needed for driving

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
