About Our Practice We are a well-established and growing concierge and aesthetics internal medicine-based practice serving patients across Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero, FL region . Our providers care for patients in a variety of settings, including hospital rounding, concierge/outpatient medicine, and skilled nursing/rehab facilities . We are privileged in all three major hospital systems in the area and deliver high-quality, coordinated care using a high-tech, team-based approach . We aim for good patient outcomes and good management for those we take care of. We practice evidence based medicine and believe in communicating with patients. Position Overview We are seeking a conscientious, adaptable, and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives on variety and enjoys practicing in both inpatient and outpatient settings . While experience is valued, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training , including procedures such as procedures and advanced patient management in internal medicine and rehabilitation environments. In fact we train healthcare students routinely in our practice, so we are very much a practice that teaches and performs process improvement. Responsibilities Round on patients in hospital, clinic, concierge, and rehab settings . Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure seamless patient care. Provide thoughtful, evidence-based medical management and patient education and high quality patient care Participate in equitable night call coverage (phone/secure text only; supported by efficient routing and answering service). Engage in ongoing learning, skill-building, and process improvement as part of a tech-forward, quality-driven team. Skills & Qualifications Active Florida license (NP or PA-C required). Strong communication and patient management skills . Comfortable working across multiple care environments. EMR proficiency and adaptability to new systems. Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care and team collaboration. What We Offer Competitive compensation (salary or hourly based on schedule).
