  • Summary:
  • Manages the Foundation Hospitality Services program.
Hospitality is a service provided to donors who opt in for the Foundation to be notified when receiving care at one of the MPM hospitals. Responsibilities include ensuring complete hospitality forms are received, connecting with patients through phone calls and visits, and partnering with hospital care teams to provide exceptional stewardship and relationship-building opportunities. This position plays a key role in identifying, cultivating, and stewarding grateful patients as prospective donors, working closely with the Development team to build and maintain a grateful patient fundraising pipeline and provide opportunities for patients and families to honor caregivers through philanthropy. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with HIPAA regulations and Foundation policies. Acts as a liaison with the Foundation Board of Directors, including committee engagement and participation. + Manages the Foundation Hospitality Services program for donors and patients who opt in to Foundation notification when receiving care at one of the MPM hospitals. + Ensures hospitality forms are completed and processed appropriately and coordinates patient outreach through phone calls and in-person visits. + Partners with hospital physicians, caregivers, and development staff to identify, cultivate, and steward grateful patients and families. + Regular visits to our four hospitals stewarding patients and developing relationships with care teams. + Develops and maintains a grateful patient fundraising pipeline, creating pathways for patients and families to engage philanthropically and honor caregivers through charitable giving. + Supports donor stewardship efforts by fostering meaningful relationships and ensuring a positive patient and donor experience. + Maintains a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and Foundation policies to ensure compliance when working with patient information. + Performs other duties as assigned.
