The Concierge Agent will provide excellent customer service while assisting visitors, guests, patrons, tenants and employees with their personal services and requests. This position is the face and first impression of the facility and is expected to be, respectful, personable, and friendly.

Available schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4pm-2am

Duties/Responsibilities:

Answers phones from both internal guests and external customers Greets and interacts with visitors, guests, patrons, tenants, and employees on a regular basis Responds to questions and requests from tenants When asked, makes suggestions on nearby restaurants and activities Maintains a clean workstation Accepts and distributes messages and mail as necessary Handling packages - receiving, shipping, and distributing Develops and maintains relationships to ensure quality customer service Performs other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Requirements:

Prior concierge experience highly preferred Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Must maintain a professional appearance Must be organized and able to multi-task Must be able to communicate effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality Able to lift 15-40 lbs
