Responsibilities Welcome customers, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about products and services to interested customers. Support customer engagement and promotional activities. Assist with sales opportunities generated through customer interactions. Follow up with customers and prospective clients when appropriate. Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information. Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front desk environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer engagement and sales goals. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Friendly, confident, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers and visitors. Goal-oriented and willing to learn sales techniques. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk support is a plus but not required.
