JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming, professional environment. Manage all spa reservations, including scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and adjusting changes as needed. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries related to spa services, pricing, and availability. Provide accurate information on treatments, therapists, and spa policies to guests. Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate client records using spa management software. Promote and upsell spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and retail areas. Coordinate with spa therapists and management to ensure a seamless guest experience and efficient workflow.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or receptionist role preferred. Experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment is a plus. Familiarity with spa booking software and point-of-sale systems is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and polished demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and electronic payments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking/reservation platforms. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with client information. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
