Job Description

Front Desk Administrator Position Summary The Front Desk Administrator serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors of Lone Palm. This highly visible role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, coordinating reservations, and providing administrative support across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and positive member experience. Key Responsibilities Member & Guest Services Greet members, guests, and visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. Provide accurate information regarding Lone Palm facilities, programs, events, and services. Manage dining reservations and coordinate member requests with the Food & Beverage team. Assist with special requests, member correspondence, lost and found inquiries, and other guest service needs. Support member engagement initiatives by coordinating acknowledgments, cards, flowers, and other communications. Front Desk & Facility Operations Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming reception area. Monitor visitor access and promptly report security or safety concerns in accordance with club procedures. Post daily events, activities, and announcements on member information boards. Assemble and distribute new member welcome packets and event materials. Track office supply inventory and coordinate ordering to ensure adequate stock levels. Administrative & Financial Support Professionally manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and ensuring timely communication of messages. Process member payments and post transactions accurately. Assist with invoice processing, account reconciliation, and daily receipt balancing. Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail, including overnight deliveries. Maintain accurate member records, mailing lists, and website content, ensuring information remains current and reliable. Provide clerical and administrative support to departments throughout the organization. Assist job applicants during the hiring process by directing questions and providing application support as needed. Additional Duties Process food take-out orders and member reservations when required. Support special events and club activities as assigned. Assist with departmental projects and other administrative tasks. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Professional appearance and demeanor with a commitment to exceptional member service. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, reception, front desk, or administrative support roles. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Experience with POS, reservation, or club management systems. Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience. Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
