$20/hour We specialize in personalized, high-touch private-duty care for VIP clients and families who value professionalism, discretion, consistency, and an exceptional standard of service. We are looking for caregivers who understand that concierge home care goes beyond completing daily tasks. Our caregivers are expected to create a comfortable, safe, polished, and supportive experience while preserving each client's independence, dignity, privacy, and lifestyle.
Ideal candidates will have:
Prior private-duty or high-end home care experience HHA or CNA credentials Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A professional, polished appearance and demeanor Reliability, punctuality, and strong attendance Experience assisting with ADLs, mobility, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal care The ability to anticipate a client's needs while remaining respectful and unobtrusive Excellent judgment and attention to detail A warm, patient, compassionate personality Strong respect for confidentiality and discretion Flexibility to work with clients and families who maintain high expectations for their care team We are especially interested in caregivers with experience working with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease, neurological conditions, cancer, fall-risk clients, post-hospital recovery, and long-term private-duty cases. Available opportunities may include day shifts, overnight shifts, 12-hour shifts, weekend cases, long-term recurring schedules, and 24/7 private-duty cases. Applicants should have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling to Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Aventura, Coconut Grove, Brickell, and surrounding areas.
