FirstService Residential is currently seeking a Front Desk Associate for ICON South Beach — where luxury living meets exceptional service. This is a FirstService Residential position supporting the exceptional resident experience at ICON South Beach. You'll be hired, supported, and guided by FirstService Residential while working onsite as part of the team serving the ICON community. Located in the heart of South of Fifth in Miami Beach, ICON is a premier luxury condominium where residents expect a level of service that is polished, personal, and effortless. As a Front Desk Associate at ICON, you are one of the first and most important points of contact for our residents, guests, and visitors, representing the ICON brand with professionalism, warmth, and discretion every day. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys luxury hospitality, creating memorable resident experiences, and being part of a sophisticated, high-service environment. You will work independently and confidently while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver a warm, polished, and personalized welcome to residents and their guests. Professionally greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and service providers. Answer and direct telephone calls while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence. Monitor and operate electronic security and access-control systems. Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established emergency response and life-safety procedures. Maintain accurate daily logs, records, and required documentation. Multitask effectively while maintaining composure and attention to detail in a fast-paced luxury environment. Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, management, security, engineering, valet, and other departments. Exercise discretion when handling resident information, requests, and sensitive situations. Represent ICON with the level of professionalism, appearance, service, and hospitality expected of a luxury residential community.

Skills & Qualifications:
Effective written and verbal communication skills. Multiple language fluency is desirable. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
