Valet / Front Desk Resident Services Coordinator Please do not apply for this position if you don't have valet or extensive driving experience. Join our team in a hybrid, on-site position covering Valet and Front Desk Resident Services Concierge duties . We are seeking a dependable, service-oriented candidate who is willing and able to cover either front desk or valet responsibilities as needed , based on staffing and property needs. You will serve as a welcoming point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors, provide attentive customer service, support daily property operations, and assist with valet services if needed. Candidates must speak both English and Spanish, at least at a basic conversational level, to support day-to-day communication. Schedule flexibility is required. Shifts and assigned workdays may vary based on coverage needs. Some weekends may be off, while others may require coverage. Responsibilities Cover valet and front desk duties as assigned. Greet residents, visitors, and vendors professionally and provide excellent customer service. Respond to resident inquiries by phone, email, and in person. Communicate in English and Spanish during basic day-to-day interactions. Enforce visitor access policies, verify authorizations, and professionally deny entry to unauthorized individuals. Receive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, following property procedures. Handle vehicle keys securely and maintain accurate valet records. Assist residents and guests with arrival and departure needs. Promptly report vehicle damage, incidents, or safety concerns according to property procedures. Support property management staff with recordkeeping, data entry, filing, and maintenance request coordination. Address resident concerns calmly and professionally. Provide coverage in either role across assigned shifts, including weekends as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Basic conversational English and Spanish speaking ability is required. Willingness and ability to cover both valet and front desk duties as needed. Availability to work either 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m., with workdays and shift assignments varying based on coverage needs. Flexibility to work weekends when coverage is required. A valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate and park vehicles. Exceptional hospitality and attentive, white-glove customer service. Professional communication and a welcoming demeanor. Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Discretion when handling confidential information, vehicle keys, and resident belongings. Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve concerns diplomatically. Reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with common office technology and the ability to learn property management and access control systems. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in valet services, concierge services, hospitality, resident services, or property management. Experience in a luxury condominium, hotel, country club, or Class A residential building. Familiarity with Platforms like Buildinglink, Livvie or similar property management software. Experience with access control, visitor management, package management, or inventory tracking. Proficiency with Google Workspace. Familiarity with property maintenance coordination. Basic knowledge of building emergency procedures and incident reporting. CPR/First Aid certification. Experience training associates or coordinating staff and vendor interactions.

4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Weekends:
12:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Shift assignments and scheduled workdays may change as coverage needs arise. Candidates must be willing to work either shift and cover front desk/resident services or valet duties as needed. Some weekends may be off, while others may require coverage; a fixed schedule or every weekend off is not guaranteed. Pay:
