What You'll Do Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests. Assist with court reservations, lessons, and player check-ins. Process Pro Shop transactions and member charges. Assist with merchandise and maintain an organized Court Sports Shop. Support member communications and daily Court Sports operations. Assist with tennis and pickleball activities, events, and setup as needed.Requirements:
What We're Looking For High school diploma Prior experience in front desk operations, reception, or guest services within a hospitality or club setting Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and software preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Tennis and/or pickleball knowledge preferred, but not required Why You'll Love Working Here Be part of a team-focused environment where teamwork and quality service are valued.
