Job Details :
Salary :
$500,000 - $600,000/year (includes bonuses) 1st year: base salary $250,000 plus production bonuses: $1,500/patient/year for all patients beyond 180 patients/year + 25% of insurance collections 2nd year and beyond, compensation is only production-based: $1,500/patient/year + 25% of insurance collections Can expect a patient load of 300-350 patients Health, dental, vision insurance
Qualification :
MD/DO Internal Medicine or Geriatrician Board certified
Facility:
Concierge Medical Practice Schedule :
Start in Fall of 2021
Clinic Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, then on call for your own patients Flexible call schedule with other concierge physicians
Assignment :
Outpatient Only Average 8 patients/day during peak season Average 3-4 patients/day during offseason Will round on own patients in NH's as needed
