About the Opportunity Wyndemere Country Club is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly organized Dedicated Spa Concierge to join our Spa & Wellness team. This is more than a traditional front-desk position. The Dedicated Spa Concierge will serve as a consistent presence at the Spa Desk, creating an exceptional Member experience while helping coordinate the many details that keep our Spa running smoothly. From appointment scheduling and provider communication to retail, inventory, Spa readiness, and Member requests, this individual will play an important role in the daily operation of the department. We're looking for someone who is proactive, confident, detail-oriented, and naturally hospitable. The ideal candidate notices what needs attention, takes initiative, follows through, and can comfortably balance Members, providers, phone calls, appointments, and changing priorities while maintaining a calm and professional presence.

Full-Time Schedule:
Approximately 4 days per week, generally 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Anticipated Start Date:
October 2026 Schedule may vary based on Member demand, Spa operations, seasonal needs, and departmental coverage. What You'll Do Welcome Members and guests and provide warm, personalized service throughout their Spa experience. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, cancellations, waitlists, and Member requests. Become knowledgeable about Spa services, providers, products, service timing, and scheduling requirements. Assist Members in selecting services and providers based on their needs and preferences. Answer telephone calls, emails, and appointment requests promptly and professionally. Process Member charges and maintain accurate appointment and Member information. Communicate closely with Spa providers and department leadership regarding schedules, Member needs, and daily operations. Assist with treatment room readiness, Member amenities, linens, retail areas, and overall Spa presentation. Support inventory, retail merchandising, product stocking, and supply organization. Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily Spa checklists. Support Spa promotions, special events, new services, and departmental initiatives. Anticipate operational needs and communicate concerns before they impact the Member or provider experience. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a spa, salon, luxury resort, private club,, or other high-touch service environment strongly preferred. Previous Spa or salon front-desk, concierge, coordinator, or operational experience is highly desirable. Experience with appointment scheduling and point-of-sale systems preferred. Exceptional hospitality and interpersonal skills. Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy or Member service. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while knowing when leadership involvement is appropriate. Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury private-club environment. Comfortable learning Spa services, products, protocols, scheduling requirements, and technology. Interest in retail products, merchandising, and Member product education. A proactive mindset with the desire to learn and take on additional responsibility over time. Opportunity for Growth This position is designed for someone who is interested in growing beyond traditional Concierge responsibilities. As knowledge and proficiency develop, there may be opportunities to take greater ownership of provider coordination, inventory and retail administration, merchandising, Spa projects, special events, new service implementation, and other areas of daily Spa operations. The position may expand from part-time to full-time based on performance, departmental needs, and the assumption of additional responsibilities. This position requires flexibility based on Spa operations and may include Saturdays, holidays, and occasional schedule changes. Are you able to meet these scheduling requirements?
