The N Color Upscale Salon Concierge is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, scheduling salon appointments, checking salon clients in and out, executing the opening and closing process, establishing and developing strong customer relationships, and building individual sales volume. They play a vital role in creating a memorable customer experience and upholding the company's reputation as the premier luxury destination for salon services, gifts and home decor. The Upscale Salon Concierge is expected to build their unique presence at the front desk and on the sales floor and find creative ways to WOW and delight our clients.

Upscale Salon Concierge Responsibilities:

Client Experience and Service:

Warm greeting, check clients in and out, offer beverages and amenities, maintain discretion and amenities, handle client concerns.

Scheduling and Coordination:

manage appointment bookings, ensure a smooth transition between clients, confirm upcoming appointments.

Retail and Product Sales:

Recommend and upsell retail products, restock home hair care.

Administrative Tasks:

Process payments, handle cash drawer, inventory tracking and ordering of home hair care.

Cleanliness and Ambience:

Keep front desk immaculate, monitor music, set the tone for the salon's atmosphere-calm, professional, inviting. Overall, the N Color Concierge acts as a brand ambassador, providing unparalleled service and expertise to create memorable experiences and foster lasting relationships with discerning clientele.

Upscale Salon Concierge Experience and Requirements:

Schedule and Compensation:

Part-Time (Summer), Full-Time (Season) Paid Bi-weekly, $22/ hour based on experience with commission opportunities up to 10%. Reports to Operations Manager.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
