Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests, residents, and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly Provide information, directions, and assistance as needed Manage check-ins, check-outs, and visitor access (if applicable) Handle reservations, bookings, or service requests Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, or management Maintain accurate records and logs Monitor lobby/front desk area to ensure safety and organization Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues appropriately Assist with administrative tasks and special requests •MUST HAVE STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO BE DIPLOMATIC IN ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES.
