Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Concierge will assist with various administrative duties while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all residents and visitors. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about services and amenities. Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and responding to inquiries. Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and calendar management. Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed. Provide customer support by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly. Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence. Coordinate appointments and schedules for staff or clients as required. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Support office management functions by maintaining supplies and equipment. Requirements Proven experience in a front desk or concierge role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management practices. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse clientele. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing. Experience in clerical or administrative roles is beneficial; previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus. Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while demonstrating effective phone etiquette.
