Four Seasons Eatery & Catering is looking for an experienced and professional Front of House Team Member to join our team. We're seeking someone who knows how to create a smooth, welcoming experience from the moment a guest walks through the door. This role is part hospitality, part communication, and part organization. You'll be responsible for helping guests feel valued, managing orders accurately, answering questions confidently, and ensuring front-of-house operations run efficiently—even during busy service periods. The ideal candidate is warm, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm under pressure. They understand that exceptional guest experiences are built through consistency, professionalism, and genuine care. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials Process payments and handle transactions accurately Manage phone orders, online orders, and delivery platform orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas Ensure orders are packaged correctly and delivered accurately Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Assist with opening and closing duties Help resolve guest concerns in a professional manner Maintain a positive atmosphere for guests and team members Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Comfortable working with POS systems, phones, and online ordering platforms Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude What We're Looking For Friendly and welcoming personality Dependable and punctual Strong organizational skills Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy shifts Professional communication skills Commitment to providing outstanding guest service Pride in representing the restaurant with excellence Why Join Four Seasons?
