Job Description The Front Desk Representative at La Posada is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression for residents, families, guests, and team members. As the face of our community, this role plays a key part in fostering a friendly, secure, and engaging environment while supporting daily operations and ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive.
Schedule:
(2) Part Time positions Monday 3pm
  • 8pm Clubhouse Tuesday 3pm
  • 8pm Health Center Thursday 3pm
  • 8pm Health Center Wednesday 3pm
  • 11pm Mallorca ( Req. 21yo for Valet Parking ) Thursday 3pm
  • 11pm Mallorca ( Req. 21yo for Valet Parking ) Sunday 10am
  • 6:30pm Mallorca ( Req.

Pay Range:
$15.00
  • $15.
50/hr Paid Vacation / 401K / Free Meal each shift What will I do every day? Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community Take the lead in the day-to-day adiministration of the move-in and welcome process Provide additional support to the Hospitality Services Director to ensure a smooth operation at the front desk Assist residents with requests as needed Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel Audit records and files What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Be a great team player High school graduate One to three years of senior living, customer service, or related experience preferred Experience with a high-volume phone call work environment preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What's in it for me?
