Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage qualified appointments for prospective clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the very first interaction.
• Outbound Calls to qualified leads and customer base.
• Educate clients about our diverse range of products and services, helping them make informed decisions about their skincare and wellness journeys.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy, fostering lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client contact information and interactions, supporting our commitment to exceptional service.
• Perform various administrative duties as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of our med spa.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the beauty or med spa industry.
• A genuine passion for and knowledge of beauty, skincare, and medical spa treatments.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into appointments.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required to better serve our diverse clientele.
