Job Description
Concierge Medical Assistant Overview We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and detail-oriented Concierge Medical Assistant to join a growing men's health and wellness practice. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting providers in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment. As a Concierge Medical Assistant, you will be building rapport with patients, assisting with treatments and procedures, performing laboratory services, and ensuring every patient receives personalized, white-glove care. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a team-oriented culture where outstanding customer service is just as important as clinical excellence. Responsibilities Provide an exceptional concierge experience from check-in through checkout. Greet patients, verify information, and ensure accurate documentation within the EMR. Room patients, obtain vital signs, medical history, and document the reason for each visit. Administer injections and assist providers with treatments and procedures within scope of practice. Prepare and maintain exam rooms, treatment areas, and laboratory equipment. Perform in-house laboratory testing, quality controls, and maintain compliance with laboratory regulations. Maintain inventory of medical supplies, medications, and laboratory materials. Schedule appointments, follow up with patients, and assist with patient communications. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and wellness programs as directed by providers. Ensure all medical records are complete, accurate, and compliant with HIPAA and regulatory standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment. Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver an outstanding patient experience and support practice growth. Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office, concierge practice, wellness clinic, or specialty practice preferred. Experience with phlebotomy is required. Experience administering injections is preferred. Comfortable working with EMR/EHR systems. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
