Job Type:
Part-time, PRN (Premier Bench Deployment)
Location:
Bibb County & Surrounding Areas
ABOUT REMNANT HOMECARE
Remnant Homecare is not a traditional agency; we are a premium, private-pay concierge company led by a Physician Assistant (PA-C). We serve high-profile clients and families who expect a "Clinically-Led" standard of care combined with luxury hospitality. We are currently selecting the "Remnant 5" —our elite, founding team of Specialists. THE "
REMNANT WAY
" (SERVICE
STANDARDS
) We do not hire "sitters." We hire Independence Managers. Our team is built on four core pillars:
Uncompromising Reliability:
We show up, every time, without exception.
Genuine Human Connection:
We serve the heart, not just the chart.
Elevated Dignity:
We preserve client self-worth through "Quiet Dignity."
The Concierge Standard:
We use "The Radar" to anticipate needs before they are spoken.
THE ROLE & DEPLOYMENT
As a Specialist, you are part of an elite "Ready Force." You will be cross-trained and deployed across all service tiers based on company needs.
Note:
Specialists do not choose their own assignments; you must be prepared to accept both long-term traditional cases and high-touch concierge cases. Traditional Home Care ($16/hr): Providing the foundation of independence through dignified personal care (ADLs), meticulous home organization, meal preparation, and companionship. Concierge & Hospital to Home™ ($18/hr): Executing our signature post-hospital recovery protocol, on-demand concierge errands, and acting as a clinical liaison during physician follow-up appointments.
REQUIREMENTS
(NON-NEGOTIABLE)
License:
Active Georgia CNA License is mandatory.
New Graduates:
We welcome New CNA Graduates. If you are ambitious, professional, and looking for a "clinically-led" environment to start your career, we want to mentor you in the Remnant Standard. The "Radar": You must possess the innate ability to notice the small details that others miss.
Professionalism:
You must have a reliable, clean vehicle, a clean DMV record, and active insurance.
Communication:
Exceptional grammar, digital literacy, and a 30-minute response window for active case communications.
THE SELECTION PROCESS
We do not conduct traditional interviews. High-potential applicants will be invited to a "Coffee Audition" with our Co-Founder, Dr. C.J. Forrest. This is a character-based assessment to see if you have the intuition, discipline, and "hospitality heart" required for our team.
HOW TO APPLY
Submit your resume and CNA license number. In your application, please describe one specific time you used "The Radar" to anticipate someone's need before they asked you for help.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Application Question(s): "Do you have a reliable, clean vehicle, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance for client transportation?" Are you comfortable being deployed across all service tiers (Traditional, Concierge, and Hospital to Home™) as assigned by the company, rather than choosing specific cases? We require professional, narrative shift notes to be sent directly to the CEO. On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your comfort level with professional writing and digital communication? One of our core pillars is 'The Radar'—the ability to anticipate a client's needs before they are spoken. Describe a specific time you noticed a small detail or anticipated a need that made a difference for a client.
