The Schedule 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM 4 days on / 4 days off This is a rotating schedule — work four days, then enjoy four days off. The Pay $850 per week — salary Paid every Friday What Does a GPS Monitoring Agent Actually Do? Our monitoring team helps oversee individuals participating in court-ordered electronic monitoring programs. During your shift, you'll: Monitor GPS alerts and participant activity Communicate with participants by phone Document violations and important events accurately Review schedules, locations, and monitoring information Respond to alerts according to established procedures Communicate with courts, officers, and internal team members when needed Install, remove, and service electronic monitoring equipment both in the office and at off-site locations, including local jails and medical facilities Travel to approved locations as needed to complete installations, removals, and equipment-related services Handle multiple situations at once while staying calm and organized This is a mix of office-based monitoring and hands-on field responsibilities, and every shift can look a little different. Some shifts may include multiple off-site installations or removals, while others may be spent primarily in the office monitoring activity, assisting participants, completing equipment appointments, and documenting events. You'll interact with participants, law enforcement personnel, jail staff, medical staff, and other community partners, so professionalism, good judgment, and the ability to communicate confidently with different personalities are important.
