Monday-Friday The Landings Association is seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Resident Experience Ambassador to help create an exceptional first impression for new and existing residents, guests, contractors, and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, explaining information clearly, staying organized, and serving as a trusted resource in a community-focused environment. The Resident Experience Ambassador plays an important role in welcoming residents, supporting front desk operations, coordinating resident orientations, and helping ensure a positive and informed experience for those who live in and visit The Landings. What You'll Do In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for residents and visitors while supporting the Community Relations team with administrative, reception, and resident engagement responsibilities.
Primary responsibilities include:
Schedule and conduct personalized new resident orientations with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Explain community access procedures for residents, household members, guests, and contractors. Provide clear information about assessment fees, billing methods, payment options, and timelines. Educate residents on community amenities, reservation processes, and available resources. Help residents understand community standards, rules, policies, and compliance expectations in a friendly and supportive manner. Explain when and how to submit Architectural Review Committee applications for exterior repairs, changes, or improvements. Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for The Landings community, including helping residents understand the different roles of The Landings Association, The Landings Real Estate Company, and the Golf and Athletic Club. Create, maintain, and update resident onboarding materials, including handouts, manuals, and email templates. Maintain organized records related to resident orientations and communications. Manage Sunset Room reservations and help users understand guidelines, access details, and points of contact. Plan and coordinate Food Truck Friday events, including communicating with vendors and arranging reservations at designated community parks. Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment. Work collaboratively with other departments and support special projects as needed. Respond promptly during operational emergencies, including severe weather events or other urgent community needs. Minimum Requirements Valid driver's license and ability to be insured under TLA's vehicle insurance policy. Reliable and predictable attendance. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including regular sitting, keyboarding, hearing, and visual acuity; frequent standing, reaching, and light lifting; and occasional walking, bending, and related movement.
