About the Role The Patient Experience Concierge is the gracious host or hostess of The Schultz Center. This is much more than a traditional front desk position. You'll orchestrate the patient's experience from arrival through departure while anticipating needs and creating moments that make their visit memorable. You'll work closely with our clinical team, including our Dental Hygienist, and doctors, to ensure every part of the patient journey feels seamless.
