Job Overview Join our dynamic landscape maintenance team as a Landscape Crew Driver, where your energy and expertise will drive the success of outdoor beautification projects. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various vehicles and equipment to transport crew members, tools, and materials to job sites. Your proactive approach will ensure timely deliveries and efficient project execution, contributing to vibrant landscapes and satisfied clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving skills with hands-on landscaping work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Duties Safely operate trucks and trailers to transport crew members, landscaping tools, and materials to multiple job sites. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and irrigation setup. Use hand tools and power tools for tasks such as trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or performing general site cleanup. Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safety and reliability during daily operations. Coordinate with team members to prioritize daily routes and project schedules for maximum efficiency. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating commercial vehicles preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle or equipment issues. Familiarity with landscaping tools including hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators. Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, tree care, irrigation systems, and gardening practices. Experience in construction or hardscape installation is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively on diverse projects.
