Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Patient Concierge & Insurance Specialist who genuinely cares for people to serve as the warm, professional face of our practice. As a member of the Manta Dental Team, you will work directly alongside Dr. Troy DeDecker, delivering a healing experience for our patients while managing our front office administrative operations and insurance workflows. Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Patient Care Work directly alongside Dr. Troy DeDecker as an in-office assistant, supporting daily operations and executive tasks. Serve as the primary ambassador for the practice, greeting patients warmly and providing a smooth, supportive check-in process. Answer incoming calls professionally, answering inquiries and offering comprehensive information regarding our dental services. Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize daily patient flow and support general practice operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk environment. Scheduling, Records & Financial Operations Expertly manage clinical scheduling using dental software systems to maximize daily efficiency. Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date patient records. Oversee dental billing workflows, including detailed insurance verification, claim tracking, and patient payment processing.
