This energetic role requires a professional who excels in customer service, organization, and multitasking. As a Front Desk Concierge, you will manage front desk operations, handle a multi-line phone system, coordinate appointments, and provide exceptional support to ensure smooth daily functions. Your positive attitude and strong communication skills will help create a warm, efficient environment that reflects our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills in a fast-paced setting. Duties Greet and assist clients with a warm, positive attitude Schedule appointments and manage calendars Answer phones and respond to client inquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Support daily spa operations and client experience Experience Previous reception, hospitality, or medical office experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skils Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in data entry and record keeping Computer proficiency and attention to detail We are needing someone to work 4 days/week (Tuesday - Friday), plus 1 Saturday/month.
