Job Description

We are currently seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to join our team. Our Concierges are the first people that visitors encounter at the front desk in our community, and they set the tone for the welcoming, friendly, professional experience we want all residents and guests to have at Clarendale. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities: Greet and welcome residents, family members, guests, vendors, and all visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer the main inbound phone line for the community and transfer callers to the appropriate place to address their needs. Support residents by tracking registration for outings, programming key fobs and pendants, coordinating package delivery, and entering maintenance requests into the helpdesk portal. Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming environments. Follow proper security procedures at opening and closing. Administrative tasks like maintaining spreadsheets and drafting communication in Microsoft Word. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service required. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to help others. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Pay Range :
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Benefits :
Part-time employees working a certain number of hours per week are eligible for some benefits options, including some health / dental / vision choices, life and disability insurance, retirement plan with matching contributions, and an employee assistance program.
Work Schedule :
Regular weekly schedule is 2:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. Flexibility to work additional shifts occasionally, sometimes on short notice, to cover for teammates' vacation or illness. EEO Employer
