Your primary office will be our Millennium Park location , with opportunities to support our Niles and Lakeview offices when needed. Your day may include:

Welcoming patients and families with a smile Answering phones and helping patients with questions Scheduling and confirming appointments Checking patients in and out Communicating with patients in English and Spanish Verifying insurance benefits Collecting patient payments Maintaining accurate patient information Helping patients understand their appointments and treatment Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly Working with the orthodontic team to provide an exceptional patient experience Supporting our Niles and Lakeview offices when needed Learning the ins and outs of orthodontics and growing your skills along the way

Requirements:
