Responsibilities Process all aspects of facility memberships, locker rentals, programs and services Address and solve eligibility issues of members and prospective members Provide patrons and prospective members with accurate facility information Greet customers Perform other duties as required
Qualifications Minimum Requirements :
Strong customer service skills. Willingness and ability to enforce policies and resolve conflicts. Basic computer skills. Ability to handle several tasks at once with frequent interruptions. First Aid, CPR, AED certifications required. Competencies Technical Competencies Basic computer competency. Human Relations Interaction with patrons, faculty, staff. Work Environment and Physical Demands Work Environment Office environment/fitness center environment. Moderate to loud noise. Physical Demands Standing or walking for at least 50% of the work day. Occasional bending, stooping.
