Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the aesthetic and concierge medicine sectors to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market analysis. Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to healthcare providers, clinics, and potential clients to showcase the benefits of medical aesthetic solutions. Manage existing client accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling additional services or products. Lead negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with healthcare professionals and decision-makers in the aesthetic industry. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting medical aesthetics and concierge services. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals efficiently.. Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical sales presentations. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
