Guest Experience Concierge - The Face of Planet Nail Lounge About Us Planet Nail Lounge is a modern luxury nail destination in Merrillville/Hobart, IN focused on creating an elevated experience from the moment guests walk through our doors. We believe luxury lives in the details. We are looking for a polished, personable and hospitality driven team member to join our team. The Role As a Salon Concierge, you are more than just a receptionist — you are the first and last impression of our brand, an essential part of the client's experience. We are looking for a vibrant individual who excels in client experience, loves the luxury beauty industry, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role acts as the bridge between the front desk, technicians, and salon floor to help ensure every appointment flows smoothly and every guest feels welcomed, comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. What We're Looking For Warm, polished and naturally personable. Someone who thrives in hospitality and enjoys taking care of people. Ability to connect with guests and maintain an elevated, professional presence. Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. Comfort with capturing images and visuals of the salon and finished nail sets for promotional content is a plus. Responsibilities Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out process. Check in with clients throughout their service to ensure satisfaction and comfort. Help communicate guest needs between technicians, receptionists, and staff to maintain a seamless experience. Serve refreshments and maintain a relaxing lounge atmosphere. Operate the register and assist with client checkout while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Confidently assisting guests with selecting nail colors and style choices. Maintain the aesthetics and organization of the front lounge area. Maintain organization, and overall presentation of the salon. Quickly learn and become knowledgeable about salon services, pricing, and upgrades to confidently guide clients through service selections. Support appointment flow and overall salon operations.
