About the role HealthFitness is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to support tge fitness team at our corporate client site in Spencer, Indiana, approximately 1.5 hours southwest of Indianapolis. In this role, you will help create a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with daily facility operations, and serving as a welcoming first point of contact for members and guests. This is an on-call/substitute position, ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule and available to provide coverage on an as-needed basis when regular team members are unavailable. Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience a plus. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
