THE SPA CONCIERGE/RESERVATIONIST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BUT NOT LIMITED TO

Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments Welcoming guests to the Spa and checking them in Touring guest through the Spa and sharing information about our amenities Completing the guest check out transaction once their treatment is complete The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, the willingness to learn and the ability to multi-task. Our mission at The Spa at Chatham Bars Inn is to provide personalized and friendly service, as well as a memorable experience for our guests. This team member will play a key role in making each guest\'s day at the Spa enjoyable and serene. We are dedicated to delivering the ultimate tranquil escape to every guest.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Someone with or the ability to obtain a CPR and First Aide certification preferred Someone with an engaging and welcoming personality Someone with a strong attention to detail Someone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests Someone with excellent communication skills Someone who can frequent bend, push/pull, and lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.
