Handle primarily phone-based consumer interactions with flexibility to support ratings/reviews and other channels Resolve standard consumer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy Execute eCommerce transactions and support promotional initiatives Provide product guidance using approved resources What's Needed?
