Role:

Key Responsibilities Guest Relations:

Warmly greet and welcome all incoming guests to the dealership or service center.

Communication Support:

Assist the Service Team by professionally answering and routing incoming phone calls.

Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinate and schedule service appointments accurately.

Logistics Coordination:

Manage rental car arrangements and coordinate customer shuttle rides to ensure a seamless guest experience.

What We Need From You:
