Pick up & Delivery Specialist We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Service Department Concierge to join our team

Position Responsibilities:

Pick up & deliver customer vehicles safely and professionally Provide an exceptional customer experience from pick up through delivery Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop off times with customers and the Service Department. Complete vehicle walk- around and document vehicle condition when required Communicate professionally with customers regarding arrival times and service updates Maintain a clean, organized and professional appearance Assist the Service Department with other customer focused duties as needed

Has a valid drivers license and clean driving record is dependable, punctual and organized Has excellent customer service and communication skills Is comfortable driving a variety of vehicles Can work independently and manage a daily schedule Takes pride i representing our dealership professionally If you enjoy working with people, love the automotive industry, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!
