KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

The Welcome Wagon :

Greet guests warmly, make them feel at home, and share recommendations about the coffee shop and local area for a memorable visit.

Style & Standards Superstar:

Keep a polished look by following uniform and grooming guidelines, and always meet brand and safety standards.

Brew Crew Captain:

Support daily operations, help hire and train team members, and inspire excellent service and teamwork.

Solution & Support Specialist:

Quickly handle guest questions and requests, arrange special needs, and stay informed on shop functions and events.

Coffee Shop Maestro:

Oversee shop operations, manage transactions, maintain inventory and cleanliness, and assist the team as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework is a plus. Hotel or related experience preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and objectivity. Comfortable with financial data and basic math.
