This role is the primary point of contact for guests and is responsible for managing day-to-day facility flow, supporting our booking systems, and maintaining a welcoming environment. We are looking for someone who excels in customer service, takes ownership of facility upkeep, and is comfortable working independently to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Facility Operations & Maintenance Facility Readiness:

Perform opening/closing procedures, including lighting, tech setup, and security checks (alarm, door locks).

Routine Upkeep:

Execute facility-wide tasks such as monitoring garbage bins, mopping high-traffic areas, and performing nightly walkthroughs.

Space Reset:

Prepare the gym, turf and courts for upcoming bookings (staging equipment, returning stray balls/gear to designated zones).

Safety & Compliance:

Monitor activity across the facility, ensuring users follow safety rules and maintaining clear, safe walkways.

Front Desk & Guest Experience Welcoming Presence:

Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, providing friendly check-ins and directional assistance.

System Proficiency:

Utilize CourtReserve and Baseline systems to manage check-ins, resolve booking conflicts, and create new customer profiles.

Support:

Answer phones and manage inquiries with professionalism.

Customer Flow:

Guide traffic efficiently during busy periods and events.

Programming & Event Support Event Execution:

Provide on-site support for programs, events, and rentals.

Schedule Alignment:

Monitor schedules to ensure CourtReserve and Baseline calendars are synchronized, preventing double-bookings.

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Willingness to learn and operate reservation systems (CourtReserve/Baseline). Ability to lift 30lbs. independently and safely.

Preferred:

Experience in a facility management, gym, or customer service role. Comfortable with routine cleaning and physical facility tasks. Proactive problem-solver. Clear communicator.
