Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. Answer incoming calls, assist with inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriatedepartments. Manage reservations for club amenities such as golf courses, tennis courts, diningfacilities, and events. Process payments for services, memberships, and retail purchases accurately andefficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring a neat andprofessional appearance at all times. Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence asneeded. Provide information about club facilities, services, and activities to members and guests.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanor. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. Summary:
Provide first-line executive level member/client care. Make the best first impression and then follow through on each detail in order to exceed member expectations. Support all departments within the club with primary focus on Membership Department, through coordination and communication of member events and new member marketing.
