Title:
Front Desk Security (Part-Time) Compensation Our employees are our most valuable asset. The pay range for these positions starts at $21.44 - $25.19/hr. Please inquire with interest.
Schedule:
6:30am-10:15 AM with a 15-minute paid break M - F. Potential for additional hours for training and to cover leaves/PTO Schedule will be both flexible and coordinated in conjunction with organizational needs Hours as needed on a part-time basis

Minnetonka Program Summary:
The Front Desk Security is responsible for welcoming, assisting, and monitoring visitors, vendors, and staff as they enter and exit the St. David's Center Minnetonka location. They are responsible for maintaining the security of the building as the first point of contact at the site, and supporting emergency situations that arise in the building as part of the Crisis Management Team. They administer and support the access system (keys and fobs) for the building and support the process of deliveries and mail to staff in the building.
Position Overview:
Welcome, monitor, and direct guests entering and exiting the Minnetonka location, providing a warm presence as the first point of contact, while maintaining building security by verifying identity and purpose for requesting access to the building. Provide security for the Minnetonka location as the first point of contact and employing situational awareness and security best practices to keep the building secure. Open the building, including daily hazard checks, turning lights on, and setting up the Lobby. Monitor security cameras as needed throughout the day, providing security camera support related to incidents as necessary. Provide crisis response on the Crisis Management Team (CMT) as needed, including crisis escalation to 911, surveillance camera monitoring, and other support as guided by the CMT procedures. Develop and utilize an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Minnetonka location building/grounds and all programs, to understand areas of building and grounds safety and security, as well as the flow of staff and guests in the building and grounds. Receive and direct calls to St. David's as the primary phone receptionist Oversee the operational flow of keys and fobs to staff and families, distributing, receiving back, and tracking fobs within the access software. Develop and maintain positive and welcoming relationships with co-workers, staff, and guests. Job Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Administrative Professional Certificate (APC), or other related coursework preferred.
Experience:
