Fall 2026 About Picklehall Picklehall is a new year-round pickleball, food, and entertainment destination opening in Apple Valley in fall 2026. With 18 indoor pickleball courts, a food hall, self-serve taps, outdoor patio seating, firepits, games, and gathering spaces, Picklehall is designed for people to play, eat, gather, celebrate, and connect.Our promise is simple:
Play and Stay. Stay and Play. About the Role The Front Desk Attendant helps welcome guests into Picklehall and supports the pickleball and food hall experience from the moment guests arrive. This role is ideal for someone who knows pickleball, enjoys customer service, and is comfortable using technology to support reservations, memberships, check-ins, and guest questions. What You'll Do- Welcome guests and support check-ins, reservations, memberships, and guest questions.
- Answer phone calls and provide helpful information about pickleball programming, courts, memberships, and facility use.
- Process court reservations, cancellations, facility rentals, memberships, and pro shop sales.
- Support pro shop merchandise, restocking, and point-of-sale transactions.
- Help support open play, leagues, tournaments, reservations, and other pickleball activities.
- Provide backup support to food hall hosts as needed.
- Help ensure guests follow facility policies, court rules, waivers, and safety expectations.
- Document and report incidents, accidents, injuries, or safety concerns. What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong knowledge of pickleball and enthusiasm for the player/guest experience.
- Customer service experience in a guest-facing environment.
- Strong computer skills and comfort using app-based technology.
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive approach to guest service.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Successful completion of a background check, as permitted by law. Preferred Experience
- CPR and AED certification, or willingness to obtain certification within a required timeframe.
- Familiarity with pickleball apps such as CourtReserve, Swish, or point-of-sale systems.
- $15.00 per hour for all hours worked.
